By using SizeChota ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What SizeChota is

SizeChota is a free, browser-based tool that compresses video files on your own device. There is no account, no upload, and no installation. The Service is provided for your personal and lawful use.

Acceptable use

You agree to use SizeChota only with video files you have the right to use, and only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to process content you do not have permission to handle, or in any way that violates applicable law.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Because compression runs in your browser and depends on your device and browser, we do not guarantee that the Service will work on every device, that any specific output size or quality will be achieved, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Video compression is lossy by nature; some quality reduction is expected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SizeChota and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or damaged files. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any original files. As the Service is free and processes files locally, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to use it (which is zero).

Third-party services and ads

The site may display advertising and uses third-party services as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of ads or any third-party sites they link to.

Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service's operator. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
